What is ID MANDAT?
ID MANDAT (idmandat.com) is an open registry in which companies record which AI agents and websites belong to them and what those agents may do on the company’s behalf. Anyone can look up whether a domain or an agent really belongs to a company: people on the website, programs and AI systems through an open interface with a signed response.
Who is behind it?
ID MANDAT is operated by Manja König, sole proprietor in Osnabrück, Germany (Neumarkt 1, 49074 Osnabrück, VAT ID DE349141556). Full details are in the legal notice (Impressum). Contact: kontakt@idmandat.com. The trademark “ID MANDAT” has been filed with the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA).
What does it cost?
- Listing: €10 per year (website, or website with all AI agents of the domain)
- “Verified” seal: €100 per year, listing included
What we never ask for
- no passwords
- no bank or card details from us (payment is made directly with Stripe)
- no ID copies or personal documents
A listing needs only company details (name, domain, country, address, email) and a file on your own domain. What we do with the data is described in the privacy policy (German).
The three levels
- Listed: entered by the company itself and confirmed by email, not verified.
- Registered: the domain belongs to the company (credential file and DNS record on its own domain).
- Verified: in addition, imprint and commercial register or VAT ID match. We check this automatically and repeat the check regularly.
We confirm identity and authority, not creditworthiness, reputation or quality of a company.
Spelling
The name is written ID MANDAT and the address is idmandat.com (ending in “t”). Not to be confused with similar-sounding sites such as “idmandar” or “idmarket”.
